What area do you service?

We Service all of Chicagoland

From Libertyville to Naperville to Merrillville

Do you provide materials?

Yes. We are a full service remodeling company and can provide materials and delivery. Some clients prefer to create cost savings by sourcing materials. We try to accommodate every clients needs to complete a project.

Are you affiliated with DS Painters or Chicago Handyman?

Yes. Dan Shirley is the owner of Chicago Handyman, North Shore Remodel, and DS Painters and remodeling. We now provide service to all of Lake County, Cook, and Dupage County.

Can you do electric and plumbing?

Yes. Our team is trained in all aspects of home improvement and we have associates that can oversee any licensed plumbing or electrical work.

Do you offer design service?

Limited design opinions are offered during your estimate and through out every project, however, Our team is primarily focused on installation. If you need further guidance, you may want to connect with an interior designer. We have a few referrals available.

Are you Licensed and Insured?

Yes. We carry $1 million insurance. The State of Illinois, Lake county and most of its municipalities do not require General contractor Registration. We are happy to comply with any local registration and surety bond requirements.
